HARRIS Melville Isaac O.B.E. Suddenly at home on July 30th, Mel, aged 92 years, former Principal of Gwent College of Higher Education. Loving husband of Beryl, devoted father of Wyn and Gareth, dear father in law of Hayley and the late Clare and loving grandfather of Catrin, Ewan, Joe, Bethan and Rhys. Funeral Wednesday August 15th service at Gwent Crematorium at 1pm. Family flowers only please.
