HIGGS On 1st January 2019 Lorna Joan Higgs ( known as Joan ) dear mother of Valerie and Nigel loving Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Funeral Wednesday 23rd January 12noon at Llanyrafon Methodist Church followed by commital at 1pm Gwent Crematorium.
