KATHLEEN HAZEL TOMBOLINE "KATH" Previously Thomas, nee Evans Peacefully passed away at home on 24th October surrounded by her loving family, aged 78 years. Loving Mum to Sarah and Johanna, devoted Sister to Glyn and Patty and a cherished Gran to Jess, Georgia, Zack, Holly and Harrison. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. A Service of Thanksgiving will take place at St Thomas the Martyr Church, Overmonnow on Thursday 14th November at 12:30pm. By request, family flowers only. If desired, donations in lieu for St David's Hospice Care may be placed in the donations box at the church or sent to Ernest Heal & Sons Funeral Directors, Chippenham Funeral Home, Howells Place, Monmouth NP25 3ED. (Please make cheques payable to Ernest Heal & Sons Donations Account).
