COWDELL-CARTER Jean Jean Cowdell-Carter sadly passed away at the Royal Gwent Hospital on 21st November 2023. Beloved wife of the late Norman Carter, dearly loved mother of Nigel, Clive and Dawn, and proud grandmother and great grandmother. Funeral to take place on Tuesday 19th December 2023 at Gwent Crematorium at 3:30pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be given at the service for Lupus Uk.
