JEFFRIES Derek Vernon On 8th January 2024, Derek Vernon of Ponthir, passed away peacefully aged 80 years. Beloved Husband of Linda. Devoted Father of Amanda and Alison, Father-in-law to Martin and Paul, a much Loved Grandfather to Lauren and Joseph, and a Cherished Great Grandfather to Sydney, Sonny, Grace and Freddie. Funeral service to take place at Gwent Crematorium on Thursday 1st February at 10:30am. Family flowers only by request, Donations in lieu may be given for Dementia UK.
