HERBERT Clifford William Peacefully, passed away on Friday 9th February 2024. Cliff, aged 84 years, of Gilchrist Thomas Estate, Blaenavon (Former Landlord of The Whistle Inn, Garn Yr Erw and Proprietor of Penry Morgan (Blaenavon) Ltd). Dearly devoted husband of Rose. Much loved and cherished father, grandfather and brother. A very well-respected employer and friend. He will be forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. Cliff's funeral will be held on Friday 1st March 2024. The service will take place at St. Peter's Church, Blaenavon, at 12noon, followed by the committal ceremony at Varteg Road Cemetery, Blaenavon, at 1pm. Floral tributes may be delivered to Park Street Chapel, Blaenavon please. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Heritage Funeral Service, 82, Broad Street, Blaenavon (01495) 793144.
