PAYNE Joan Elizabeth On the 30th September 2024, Joan Elizabeth Payne of Cwmbran. Beloved wife of the late Arthur, devoted mam of Gregory, Deborah and Terry-Ann, dearly loved nanna of Jason, Kirsty, Simon and Georgia and adored great grandma, suddenly passed away. Funeral to take place on Friday 25th October 2024, service at Gwent Crematorium at 3:00pm. R.I.P. Family have requested where possible an item of green be worn.
