FATHER Christmas will be stopping off at Llandegfedd Reservoir this year - but he has swapped his traditional sleigh for something a little more white-knuckle.
After a popular event in 2019, the man himself has added the stop to his busy schedule and will be making his way to the Llandegfedd Lakes Visitor Centre in style - by speedboat.
The cafe at Llandegfedd Lakes Visitor Centre will be transformed into a Christmas retreat with festive music, decorations and Santa’s very own magical corner with cosy armchair and lots of presents.
On arrival, guests will be shown to their own decorated table with crackers and pastries, before breakfast is served.
You'll be able to choose from a selection of options including a cooked breakfast (vegetarian option available), Santa’s Christmas waffles, Mexican guacamole smoked salmon sandwich or a bacon & egg crumpet melt.

Children and excitable adults will then be able to gather on the visitor centre balcony to wait in anticipation as Santa arrives in his speedboat.
Santa will then make a grand entrance, where he will address guests and present a gift to each child who'll also be able to tell him what they want for Christmas this year.
Santa will then depart by speedboat to collect his reindeer.
There are eight Brunch with Santa sessions - on Saturday and Sunday, December 18 and 19.
