A digital camera picture card was found in Beaufort Square, Chepstow, last week.
Taxi driver Gary Snook says he found the device outside William Hill Booking shop and took it home to print the pictures in an attempt to trace the owner.
Mr Snook, of Silver Service Taxis, Port-skewett, says: "I have got a feeling I gave the couple a lift in my taxi, they look very familiar.
"The wallpaper in the background of the one of the wedding pictures is the same as in The Royal George in Tintern.
"I phoned the hotel and they said there was a wedding there the week before.
"I have still got copies of the pictures if they owner wants them."
