If you feel like taking some exercise then why not join in a sponsored walk to one of Monmouthshire's most famous landmarks.
The St David's Foundation is holding a Castle-to-Castle walk on Sunday, March 12.
You will be walking 18 miles from Newport Castle to Chepstow Castle. The walk is designed for all levels of fitness, but if you feel that's too much you could always join at the half way point and walk the last nine miles.
If walking is not for you then why not help by being a marshal instead?
The 18 mile walk will start from the centre of Newport and the halfway point is the Rock & Fountain pub at Penhow, where refreshments will be available.
Transport will be provided from Chepstow prior to both registration times for those who wish to leave their car in Chepstow in readiness for the end of the walk.
For more information please contact St David's Foundation Hospice Care fundraising office on 01633 271364 for a registration form or if you want to be a marshal.
