This local derby was played in good and competitive spirit by both teams. The visitors 'keeper Scott Jenkins had a busy afternoon making early saves from Kyle Tovey and Ross Peake.
With 20 minutes gone 16-year-old Craig Jones scored his first goal for the 'Doer to put them 1-0 up.
Within minutes Ross Mote made it 2-0 with his first goal for the club. This scoreline remained until the interval.
The visitors worked hard to get into the game sharing the possession but took the wrong options in the final third with 20 minutes left Robbie Peake made the game safe with the goal of the match, running 30 yards beating two defenders to volley into the corner to seal the three points.

Cwmffrwdoer travelled to Undy for this cup game and soon went a goal down after ten minutes, but within five minutes they were 1-1.
The visitors struggled to produce their slick passing game and were getting bullied out of their stride. Whatever was said by the manager, Noel Roberts, at half time had the desired effect as the 'Doer were a different side.
Within the space of 15 minutes they went from 2-1 down to 4-2 up with Matthew Shearman scoring two and Ryan Waite getting his second. In the 75 minute Undy pulled one back to make it 3-4 and with five minutes left Matthew Jackson scored in the far corner to seal the win.
Saturday, December 10 - The County side are without a game and the Central side are away to Panteg (kick 2.15pm).
