Andrew Palmer, skipper for Sudbrook 3rds, is aiming for his team's promotion this season.
Currently well-positioned in third place, Mr Palmer believes the top two teams get the opportunity to be promoted.
After Sudbrook's Saturday match was conceded by Rogerstone Welfare, Mr Palmer voiced his frustrations.
This follows from a previously conceded match against Croesyceiliog.
"Promotion is the goal for us - normally we're not over-bothered but there's nowhere else to go after Division 13 and sadly, there are two or three sides that cannot raise sides, meaning we play less cricket," he stated.
The Thirds possess a blend of experience and youth, but players could become frustrated by the repeated cancellations and consider moving clubs or leaving cricket entirely.
Some notable results include Division 7's Whitchurch-Heath 3rds beating Monmouth 1sts by 31 runs and Abercarn 1sts' 9-wicket victory against Undy & Magor 1sts.
Division 9's Usk 3rds were narrowly defeated by South Wales Sri Lankans.
Friends United 1sts saw success over Abergavenny 3rds by 11 runs in Division 10.
However, in Division 12E, Abergavenny 4ths stumbled against Chepstow 3rds, and Monmouth 2nds scraped past Llanarth 2nds by 8 runs.
